• Add a check for the parent process ID before pidfd_open and between pidfd_open and pidfd_getfd where applicable (i.e. if requested in the config string), with an intent similar to that of ppid_check in ctrtool. pidfd_ctl in ctrtool will also have a similar algorithm.
